Rack frame for storing DIN ISO sterile supplies baskets.
Rack in robust, self-supporting, hygienic and sterilisable design, made of high-quality stainless steel square tubes with 8 pairs of welded U-shaped insert rails. Safe connection of rack and receiving system component (transport trolley, transfer dolly or base frame) by means of a locking wire that is released by lifting at the upper side of the rack. Once the rack has been retracted until it has reached the locking point and the wire is let loose, the wire latches safely and audibly into an anchor block. Two guide rails, made of stainless steel sheet and arranged in longitudinal direction underneath the rack, provide additional safety along with matching guide rollers at the relevant system component. Mobile rack frame runs on 4 sterilisable fixed casters with ø 3.0" (75 mm) caster body made of polymer.
