A Hupfer product has won a Gold Innovation Award in England for the second time in a row. The innovation competition was held on the second day of the Commercial Kitchen Show in Birmingham and the recently developed Therma Dry was in the running for a prize. Last year Hupfer won gold in this competition with the cold-warm plate.
The competition involves trade fair visitors and customers voting for their favourite product on the first day of the exhibition. On the second day of the trade fair, the exhibitors who have received the most votes from the public present their product to a jury. The jury then decides on the winners.
“We see the award as proof that our products are meeting current demand. Undoubtedly, in future we will be required to come up with more products that are easy to use, versatile and economic,” explained Hupfer UK Director Philipp Schumacher.
