Prison tray transport cart

Design: Cart made entirely of high-quality stainless steel, self-supporting design. Double-walled, fully enclosed tray transport cart with welded interior suited to easy clean-ing using high-pressure cleaner or spray hose. Panelling and doors thermally insu-lated and CFC-free. Cart top with continuously welded round tube gallery, approx. 100 mm high, which forms push handle on the front. An additional transverse strut divides the usable top into two fields of different sizes. One field to hold a GN 1/1-200 container, the sec-ond field can be used to hold either a 600 × 400 × 170 mm bread crate or two extra GN 1/1-200 containers. Double-walled hinged doors to open 270°, automatic shutter mechanism, can be operated with one hand. Doors can be locked using extension for drain plug when open. Continuous seal in the area of the body around the door openings to minimise temperature losses. Robust door lock with integrated 2-point locking. Welded interior for GN 1/2 trays inserted crosswise. Interior door walls and rear panels with vertical stainless steel profiles as distance holders to achieve optimum air circulation and even temperature distribution. Side panels with seamlessly deep-drawn beads in 75 mm pitch; one pair of each in each compartment is intended for optional insertion of a eutectic plate. Self-regulating heating of interior via heating modules, which enable a specified, fixed temperature level to be reached with a constantly linear temperature profile. Heating modules with heat retention block located under the interior housing. Op-eration using separate on/off switches with integrated, red LED indicator lights for each compartment. Power supplied by a 230 V C22 device plug in the cart body to be connected to a helix cable with a C21 socket and Schuko® plug. Dimensionally stable, reinforced chassis construction with 2 mm metal thickness, suitable for external transport. Protection against collisions with surrounding inter-fering contours by means of a robust, continuous bumper strip with reinforcement on the front of the chassis, also effective when doors are open, a continuous bump-er strip on the cart top and additionally by means of a solid, approx. 200 mm high impact protection in the top area of the doors, rear and side panels. Integrated into this impact protection are a card holder for card size 108 × 108 × 2 mm, located in the right-hand door leaf, and the controls and the device plug, located in the rear of the right-hand front side. To protect against damage and accidental operation, the on/off switch and plug are recessed in the impact protection. Mobile cart on 4 easy-rolling swivel castors, ø 200 mm, 2 of them with total lock, 2 with Dilock direction lock, with non-marking wheel covering. Castors in stainless steel housing, polymer wheel with stainless steel ball bearing according to DIN 18867-8, secured with carriage bolts to crossbars underneath.
