Coolport® Station

Complete entry station made of stainless steel, self-supporting and hygienic construction. Three-sided enclosed, double-walled and insulated housing. Front swing door opens 180° for the entry of shelf trolleys. Door with integrated opening for food removal even when closed, door opening can be sealed for longer standing times using an integrated thermal roller blind in the door frame. Inside at the bottom, two lateral guide rails for safely entering and positioning a shelf trolley. At the back inside, a 90° swivelling air guide door for easy access to clean and maintain the device technology in the rear wall of the body. Below the cooling system, a condensate collection tray, which can be removed and emptied from the rear of the station. Complete floor clearance without obstruction contours inside for optimal cleaning. Outer and side inner walls with cleaning-friendly, smooth surfaces, air guide door at the back can be swivelled for cleaning. The entire station is movable for intensive cleaning on 2 fixed and 2 swivel castors with brakes, castors with stainless steel housing. Supply connections at the back of the unit. Power supply via a stable, retractable spiral cable with angle plug. Additionally, a Schuko socket with a flap cover for connecting another entry station. Connections protected against damage from collisions by a solid pipe bracket over the entire rear of the unit. Device operation via an easily accessible control unit mounted on the front of the device roof with on/off switch, precise temperature control and clearly visible digital temperature display. Cooling technology: cooling compressor with CFC-free refrigerant mounted in the device roof. Interior of the entry station with active circulating cooling for uniform, constant temperatures. Air guide plates in the rear door ensure targeted cold air distribution throughout the interior. An integrated air guide flap in the front door and the bottom plate of the entered shelf trolley prevent circulating air from coming into contact with contaminants on the floor covering or the wheels of the shelf trolley.
