The dry-heated Therma Dry heated well for installation in a mobile bain-marie is used to present and serve hot food in a welcoming manner.  The Hupfer Therma Dry heated well is an impressive, efficient solution for serving food and self-service counters.

The heat-insulated stainless steel module can be used immediately without preheating.  GN containers with food can be easily inserted into the module. A glass heating plate is installed in the bottom of the well and easily accessible for cleaning. Due to the uniform heating with infrared technology, the food maintains a constant temperature – without any reheating necessary. The dry-heated well can be flexibly positioned independently of water pipes.  Therma Dry heated well is operated completely without water and ensures efficient operation with comparatively low energy consumption and high levels of occupational safety.

The optional heated lamp gantry for additional heating from above to keep food warm can be adjusted and used for a wide range of scenarios.
